Responsibilities: Receive, identify, transfer, and house incoming animal shipments per SOPs. Provide daily care, including feeding, watering, and enrichment, and conduct health checks, reporting any issues. Perform routine husbandry, treatments, and euthanasia per approved protocols and SOPs. Maintain accurate records (census, logs, charts, cage cards) and ensure work areas are clean and organized. Sanitize facility areas as scheduled and follow all SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines. Requirements: B.S. degree preferred; ALAT certification preferred but not required with relevant degree or experience. Must have extensive rodent technical experience, including handling, dosing, injections (IV, retro-orbital), sampling, surgeries (e.g., osmotic pump placement), and colony management. Rodent caretaking experience preferred unless ALAT/LAT certified or holding an advanced related degree. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities required. Medix
