We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to service the Ava, MO area. This position includes the benefit of taking a company vehicle home each day.

The driver will be required to report each morning to the FedEx Ground terminal in Strafford, MO to pick up daily route packages. Upon completion of deliveries, the driver may return home in the company vehicle at the end of their shift.

We are hiring safe drivers with excellent customer service skills, who are self-motivated, and dependable.

Looking for Full Time drivers.

Full Time Shifts: Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday (when scheduled on a Saturday, a day off would be given during the week)

Benefits:

• Competitive pay (with raises depending on performance, starting after 60 days)
• Full Time drivers eligible for Health, Dental, and Vision, after 60 days.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Drive a company owned truck, following our strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Excellent customer service.
• Use company owned technology to manage the delivery process in a quick and safe manner.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License - Class E endorsement required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a Drug Screen.
• Must pass a DOT physical - able to lift packages up to 150 lbs, equipment provided to assist.

We are a family-oriented Contractor for FedEx Ground, operating out of the Springfield MO terminal. We specialize in pick-up and delivery services to homes and businesses, with safety being our number one priority. We provide full time and part time positions as well training for drivers.
