Job Description

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Plant Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.

***We will provide relocation for candidates not currently in the area***

Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and oversee efficient daily operations to consistently surpass customers expectations.
• Enhance production output, asset capacity, and operational flexibility while minimizing unnecessary expenses and upholding existing quality standards.
• Execute strategies that align with our strategic initiatives, offering a clear sense of direction and focus.

Key Requirements:

• Leadership experience in a printing, adhesive, or label manufacturing environment.
• Experience in financial planning and budgeting within a manufacturing setting.
• Background with Lean and/or continuous improvement
