Our Home Health RN Clinical Manager Will:
Assist with oversight of patient care operations including staffing, communication, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure the organization provides excellent patient care as measured by patient/family feedback, CAHPS surveys, successful CMS/CHAP surveys and community response/advice.
Work to ensure meaningful and effective engagement and relationships with communities, families, and patients as measured by community utilization and feedback.
Be willing to seek out new methods and principles and incorporate them into existing practices personally and with the clinical team.
Facilitate process improvement initiatives in customer relations, quality assurance, financial management, and staff development as measured by QAPI program development and survey outcomes.
Foster a culture in alignment with the Heritage Core Values as measured by associate feedback and surveys.
Our Home Health RN Clinical Manager Has:
A current Registered Nurse license to practice professional nursing in Nebraska.
Previous experience in home health and in completing OASIS assessments.
2+ years management or supervisory experience (preferred).

The ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups including colleagues, clients, and community partners.
An understanding of the services offered by OnCare Health, and the services provided to patients, families, and caregivers through an interdisciplinary group.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate challenging and ambiguous situations involving emotions or conflict.
Strong technical skills with knowledge of business software programs including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
